How to invite team member to your pressone account

For Managers

To invite your team members:

  1. Log into your PressOne account https://web.pressone.africa/sign-in
  2. Click Invite team member on the left side bar
  3. Enter the team member's email and separate multiple emails with commas.



4. Assign a role and customize permissions if needed.


5. Click Continue, select a phone number and Send Invite. 

Team Members

To accept an invite as a team member:

  1. Open the invite email and click Accept Invite.


2. Fill in your details and click Complete sign up.


     3. You will be redirected to the PressOne dashboard.

There you have it. You can now make and receive calls on your PressOne account.
