Step 1: Log in to your PressOne application

Step 2: Make sure you have already invited members (call agents) to your PressOne account.

Step 3: On your side menu bar, click on Team.

Step 4: On the left-hand side of your screen, you will see a CTA that reads "Create Team." Click it to create your team.

Step 5: Add members to your team. These should be everyone you want to have access to the number you will be assigning to the team.

Step 6: On your side menu, click on Phone Numbers.

Step 7: Click on the number.

Step 8: Click on Change Access.

Step 9: You can either set access to a team or a user.
