How to Verify Your PressOne Account on Web App

Start your verification process with these simple steps.

  1. Log in to your PressOne account: https://web.pressone.africa/sign-in
  2. Click on your Name Initials at the top right corner or find the "Get Started" section


  1. Select "Update Profile" and click on "Account Verification"


  1. Fill in your NIN details: First name, last name, phone number (linked to your NIN), date of birth, and 11-digit NIN.
  2. Make sure the phone number you enter matches the one linked to your NIN—this will make the process even smoother.


  1. Click "Complete Verification"
  2. Your information will be verified instantly.
If you encounter any issues or your details don't match, you can initiate a manual verification by uploading your government-issued ID.

How to do a manual verification

After three failed attempts; you'll be prompted to make a manual verification.


  1. Select the document type you'd like to use for your verification


  1. Fill in the ID number of the document you've selected
  2. Upload the ID
  3. Click on submit
Manual verification takes less than 3 days
