How To Upgrade my subscription?
To upgrade to a quarterly or yearly plan, please reach out to our support team. Currently, this upgrade can't be done manually unless you initially subscribed to these plans during sign-up. If you did, you can switch between plans within the same billing cycle.
Follow the steps below to upgrade subscription plan within the same billing cycle:
- Sign in to your PressOne account https://web.pressone.africa/sign-in
- To upgrade subscription, select Billing on the left side menu bar
- Click on Manage Plan
- Select the Upgrade plan button.
- You are redirected to a list of plans to Upgrade to from your current plan.
- Select the plan of your choice and click the Make Payment button.
The Make payment action redirects you to the payment checkout page with the option of paying via card or transfer.
Fill in your card details to make payment or Select the Transfer option.
