How To Top-up your PressOne Number

To make outbound calls on PressOne, you’ll need to fund your account with airtime.

Step 1: Go to Billing

From your dashboard, click on “Billing” on the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Open Your Wallet

Click on “Wallet” to access your airtime balance and funding options.


Step 3: Enter Top-Up Amount

  • Select a value from the predefined options
  • Or enter your preferred amount manually

Step 4: Proceed to Payment

Click “Top Up” to continue.
You’ll be redirected to the payment page.

Step 5: Complete Your Payment

Choose your preferred payment method:

  • Bank transfer
  • Card payment

Follow the prompts to complete your transaction.

What Happens Next?

  • Once your payment is successful, you’ll be redirected back to your PressOne dashboard
  • Your airtime balance will be updated instantly
  • You can now start making outbound calls
