How To setup Incoming call flow?
You can setup how you want your agents to receive calls on the Web App
1. Log in to your PressOne Account on the Web APP 2. Open Incoming Call flow Page on the Side menu bar
Incoming call flow page 3. Click Add a new flow button >>> click Continue to setup buttoncontinue setup 4. Add a title for the Incoming call flow
5. Enter your customized Welcome greeting in the Your Greeting field
6. Choose your preferred language and Voice
7. Click Generate audio button to generate an audio for your script
Greetings
8. Once audio is ready, play the audio to confirm if you like how it sounds. Click Publish to network once done
Play audio 9. Next, you setup your call flow ring rule and rearrange your team members in the order you'd like them to get your calls.
10. Click Proceed to Call forwarding button to move to the next step
Manage Team 11. Set your call forwarding number and how calls should be forwarded when your agents are not available.
12. Click Complete flow setup to submit your Incoming call flow setup
13. After successful creation of the call flow, click Assign number button on the flow to assign numbers to the flow.
