Business Open hours setup is part of the Incoming call flow setup on the Manager Dashboard on PressOne.

1. Login with your Manager Account on https://web.pressone.africa/sign-in >>> Personalise >>> Incoming Call Flow

2. Click  Edit flow button to edit the existing call flow

3. Proceed to set the Open hours for your work day. You can also "Apply Monday settings to all" by toggling the button

4. Click Out-of-office greetings tab to update the greetings and voice type. Click Generate audio button to generate the out-of-office greeting audio.

5. After the audio is generated, click Publish to network button

6. Click Complete setup button to save your settings.
