How to Get Clearer, Smoother Calls on Desktop
Step 1:
Launch the PressOne Desktop App from your application list
Step 2:
Log in to your account with your email and password.
Step 3:
Click on the gear/settings icon at the bottom left of the screen
Step 4:
From the pop-up, click on "sound"
Step 5:
Scroll down and locate Incoming audio noise suppression, Outgoing audio Suppression and Echo Cancellation.
Step 6:
Turn them on for a smoother call experience.
