How to customize your call routing options
- Log into your PressOne account https://web.pressone.africa/sign-in
- Under Personalize on the left sidebar, click on Business Number Setup.
3. Click on Add a new flow, then click Continue to setup.
4. Select the number you would like to assign a call flow (in case you have several numbers).
5. Select your preferred call routing option. You can hover around the "question mark" icon to see what each option is about.
