To unlock full access to your account and enable outbound calls, you’ll need to complete your identity verification.

Step 1: Go to the Verification Centre

From your dashboard, click on “Verification Centre” in the left-hand menu. or click here https://web.pressone.africa/verification

Step 2: View Required Verifications

You’ll see two verification steps:

• Identity Verification
• Address Verification
  

Step 3: Start Identity Verification

Under Identity Verification, click “Start Now” to begin.

Step 4: Fill in Your Details

Select your preferred document type and complete the required fields:

• Upload your ID document
• Take a selfie
• Enter your Full Legal Name
• Enter your Date of Birth

Ensure all details match exactly as they appear on your verification document. Only one document is required for verification.

Step 5: Submit for Verification

Once completed, click “Submit” to send your details for review.

What Happens Next?

Your verification will be reviewed within 48 hours
You can:

• Install the PressOne app
• Receive inbound calls
• Test your business number
