PressOne gives your business a professional phone number, allowing you and your team to make and receive calls from one place.
Getting Started with PressOne
Here’s a simple step-by-step guide:
Visit the sign-up page to create an account with your personal and business details
- Choose a subscription plan
Choose any of the subscription plans that fit your business needs.
- Make payment for the selected plan.
You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, or annually
- Get your virtual business phone number (local or international options).
Select a preferred virtual business phone number
Provide your NIN or a Valid ID to start using the phone number
Add your team members, assign roles to them, set your welcome greeting, connect to a stable internet, and then, start making and receiving calls.
Note: You cannot use or transfer your existing business SIM number to PressOne. You'll be assigned a new number.
1. How does this phone number work?
Please note that you require airtime to make calls on PressOne. Your customers are charged when they call you.
- You can make and receive calls with the phone number
- To make calls, you can either use the PressOne mobile app or your web browser on a laptop.
- PressOne requires the internet to make and receive calls.

2. How will the Business Greeting work?
When someone calls your PressOne number, they’ll hear a welcome message.
You can:
- Write the message, and we’ll convert it to audio for free.
- Or upload your own audio recording, especially if your brand tone or language is local or specific.
- Invite your team by entering their email addresses.
- Each person will get their own login and password.
- They can use the same business number from their mobile or web device.
- If a team member leaves the company, you simply remove them from the system—you keep full control.
4. Billing and Payment
- PressOne is a subscription-based platform. You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly or annually
- Without an active subscription, your number becomes unreachable by customers
- You require airtime to make calls. This can be bought directly on the platform.
