How do I set up Sales Campaign

To set up sales campaign
1. Log into your PressOne account: https://web.pressone.africa/sign-in
2.On the left side bar, navigate to Add-ons. Under All Add-ons, select Campaign and Subscribe.



3. After subscribing, select Start a new campaign.


4. Fill your campaign details and click continue.


5. Import a CSV file, but your file should only include 4 field options — name, phone number, company and email.


6. Once done, proceed to add tags and click on Continue.



7. Choose the phone number you would like to use to make the call and Save campaign. 


8. Once done, assign a team member — you can select Distribute Evenly or Custom Distribution.




9. You will see the team member you assigned on your screen, then proceed to Publish campaign.













10. You can also edit by clicking the Edit button at the top right corner of your screen.
