Step 2: Click on Personalize on the left side bar and select Incoming Call Flow.
Step 3: Click on Add a new flow.
Step 4: Once the dialogue box pops up, click on Continue to setup.
Step 5: Select the number you will use for the flow and click Continue.
Step 6: Add a title for your incoming call flow.
Step 7: On your call option, select Route calls based on IVR set up, then click on Set up IVR menu
Step 8: Input your IVR menu title and your IVR caller greeting.
Step 9: Choose your preferred accent, voice and generate audio.
Step 1: Put in your key, option and select the option you would like to forward calls to.
Step 2: You can either select sub menu option, team member, repeat or terminate.
Step 3: For the sub menu option, put in your title, then input your greeting and generate audio.
Step 4: To configure sub menu option, put in your key, option and who you would like to forward calls to, then save sub menu.
Step 5: Once done, click on Save IVR Menu.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Terminate means to end the call.
- Repeat means to go over the menu options again.
- Team member means you can select any team member you would like to direct the calls to.
Your IVR configuration determines your audio output. You need to configure your IVR menu, for the action on your IVR prompt to work.
