How do I make calls on PressOne Platform?

MANAGER VIEW

1. Sign in to your PressOne account at https://web.pressone.africa/sign-in 

2. To make a call, click on the call icon at the top-right side on your screen to open the dialer.

3. Input the number you would like to call.

4. Also, select the business number you want to make the call from the number dropdown.

5. Click the green call button to make the call.

AGENT VIEW
