How can I effectively manage and use Call tags in PressOne?

Managing Call Tags:

Create Call Tags

  1. Log in to your PressOne account https://web.pressone.africa/sign-in and select Personalize on left sidebar menu.

  2. From the drop down option select Manage tags.

  3. Already existing tags can be edited to preference. 

  1. To create a new Tag click on New tag.

  2. Enter Tag Name. Select Tag type. Select Sales stage.

  3. Complete the process by clicking Create Tag.
