How can I effectively manage and use Call script in PressOne?

Using Call Scripts:

Create Call Scripts:

  1. Go to personalize on the left sidebar menu and select Call script

  2. Click on Manage to edit/replace already existing script.

  3. To create a new script click on Add call script.



  1. Add call script tittle. Fill in script description. 
  2. Follow up with prompts and responses for different stages of the call. Add the tittle and enter the script.
  3. To complete this stages select Save Script.

By effectively managing call scripts, you can enhance organization, improve team performance, and ensure a consistent customer experience.
