How can I effectively manage and use Call script in PressOne?
Using Call Scripts:
Create Call Scripts:
Click on Manage to edit/replace already existing script.
To create a new script click on Add call script.
- Add call script tittle. Fill in script description.
- Follow up with prompts and responses for different stages of the call. Add the tittle and enter the script.
- To complete this stages select Save Script.
By effectively managing call scripts, you can enhance organization, improve team performance, and ensure a consistent customer experience.
