How can I access the call recordings?

MANAGER VIEW

1. Sign in to your PressOne account https://web.pressone.africa/sign-in 
2. To access call recordings click on Activities on the left sidebar on your screen
3. Under Call record click Team member of your choice, Event type and proceed to filter Timeframe and customize to your preference.



AGENT VIEW

1. Sign in to your PressOne account https://web.pressone.africa/sign-in 
2. To access call recordings click on Call Records at the top of your screen
3. Under Call records search by name or phone number
4. Filter Event type and  Timeframe to your preference.
