Can I pause my PressOne subscription instead of cancelling it?
Yes, you can pause your PressOne subscription instead of cancelling it. By pausing, your PressOne number will be retained, and you'll be charged a parking fee of ₦2,500 per month. This ensures your number is saved for when you're ready to resume using our service. You can login, but won't be able to perform any action except renewal payment. To regain full access to your account and resume making/receiving calls, you have to renew your subscription and pick up where you left off.
To pause your subscription, please reach out to our customer support team at
hello@pressone.africa or 0201-3306119 for assistance.
